WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Our subscription platform offers free anytime cancellation. If you subscribe to the Monthly Plan, you'll be charged on the same day each month from the date you started your subscription. Once cancelled, you'll still have unlimited access up until the next payment would have been due.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Simply log in to your account, hit the dropdown button in the top right and click on 'My Subscriptions'. From there, click the dropdown button on your active subscription where you'll see a 'cancel subscription' button.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO VIEW THE SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT?
Whilst you can view our content on any device, the Soundslice player formats best on a computer. For the best learning experience, use a computer and hit the 'full screen' button on the player!
DO THE 3 & 6 MONTH PLANS AUTO-RENEW?
If you subscribe to the 3 or 6 Month Plans, you'll be charged once, and the plan won't renew at the end of that period. If you want to renew it after 3 or 6 months, you'll need to log in and purchase the plan again.
